Austin Apodaca

From Longmont, Colorado, Apodaca earned All-Colorado honors by the Denver Post, All-State honors by, and was named the North Conference Offensive Player of the Year before committing to the Washington State University.

Apodaca had a circuitous college career, transferring from Washington State to Mesa Community College, then finishing up at the University of New Mexico. Despite lacking the statistics, the dual-threat QB caught scouts attention by  setting an NFL Combine record, throwing a football 61 MPH.

After going undrafted, Apodaca garnered interest from the Denver Broncos, before signing a 2-year deal with the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

In 2018, the 6’2″ 210 lbs Apodaca will participate in The Spring League to prove to NFL scouts he belongs on football’s greatest stage.
