A Temple, TX native, Seastrunk dominated at the High School level, finishing with 4,127 rushing yards and 52 touchdowns on the football field and setting school records as standout track and field star. His stellar play and speed earned him a 2009 USA Today All-USA selection, and was ranked as a 5-star prospect and the #3 RB in the 2010 recruiting class.
Seastrunk committed to the University of Oregon, but after the school was accused of recruiting violations, transferred to Baylor University. At Baylor, Seastrunk rushed for 1,012 yards on 131 carries (138.2 yards per game) and 5 touchdowns.
In 2014, Seastrunk decided to forego his senior season and enter the NFL Draft, where he was drafted in the 6th round by the Washington Redskins. Seastrunk also has stints with the Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, and New York Jets, as well as the Calgary Stampeders, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Winnipieg Blue Bombers of the CFL.
At just 26 years old, Seastrunk believes he has a lot of good football left in him. He will participate in The Spring League in 2018 to prove his electric speed belongs back in the NFL on Sundays.
