A Lynbrook, NY native, Kozlakowski decided to stay in the Northeast, attending the University of Maine. Modeling his game after Packers’ Clay Matthews, Kozlakowski has proven to be a force of nature as a pass-rusher and outside linebacker when healthy.
Unfortunately, the 6’3″, 250 lb defensive end/linebacker standout missed almost all of 2013 and 2014 with injuries; however, when healthy, he was able to post a 4.82 40-yard dash and a 1.60 10-yard split during his Pro Day, earning the praise of NFL scouts in attendance and earning a camp invite from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
With a relentless motor and an added chip on his shoulder, Kozlakowski, now 24, will join The Spring League in 2018 to prove he deserves a second shot in the NFL.
